Shipping & Delivery
We do everything we can to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with care. Below you’ll find all information about our shipping process, delivery times, and what to do if you have questions or encounter any issues.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, it is handed over to our shipping carrier.
During busy periods, such as promotions or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to keep any delays to a minimum.
Delivery Times
The stated delivery times are indicative and may vary by country:
- The Netherlands & Belgium: 1 business day
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–12 business days
No rights can be derived from these delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and clearly displayed during checkout. Any promotions, such as free shipping, will also be shown at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, including Europe, North and South America, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Common destinations include the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email to follow your package. Please note that tracking information may only become visible on the next business day after shipment.
Address Details
After placing an order, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address, as processing begins immediately. Please carefully check your address details before completing your order.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and are returned to us may be reshipped at additional shipping costs.
Non-Delivery or Delayed Delivery
If your order has not been delivered or appears delayed, please first check the track & trace status. If the order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check whether the package was delivered to neighbors or if a delivery notice was left.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Incorrectly Delivered Items
If you received an item that you did not order, you may return it to us free of charge. Please contact info@faydpro.com so we can arrange the return.
Liability
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the specified address, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We are not liable for loss or theft after confirmed delivery.
