Return & Right of Withdrawal Policy β FaydPro
At FaydPro, we believe itβs important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, please read below how returns work and which conditions apply.
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. After registering your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.
2. Registering a Withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the withdrawal period via:

Please include the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- The product you wish to return
- Date of receipt
After registration, you will receive further return instructions from us.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be complete
- be undamaged
- be returned in the original packaging where possible
- be handled carefully and in a hygienic manner
Hygiene & Use
Our products are hygiene-sensitive (such as shavers and trimmers). These may be carefully tested, similar to testing in a physical store.
β Intensive or full use, such as a complete shaving session, is not considered testing.
If a product:
- shows visible signs of use
- is contaminated (e.g. hair, skin residue)
- is damaged
- can no longer be sold as new
we reserve the right to:
- refuse the return, or
- apply a reduction in value in accordance with Article 6:230s of the Dutch Civil Code.
4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- hygiene products with a broken seal (if applicable)
- gift cards
- products made to order or custom-made
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer
- If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will fully reimburse the return shipping costs
6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- the purchase amount (or remaining amount) will be refunded within 14 days
- refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- any reduction in value will always be clearly and transparently explained
7. Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products
If your order:
- arrived defective, or
- was delivered incorrectly
please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via:

Include clear photos or videos. We will provide a suitable solution free of charge, such as a replacement or refund.
8. Liability
FaydPro is not liable for damage resulting from:
- incorrect or improper use
- use contrary to the instructions
- normal wear and tear
